Our Delivery Service

Casual grocery orders totaling $85.00 or more, delivery is free! A fee of $8.00 will be added on any orders under $85.00. 

For any subscription member a minimum of $50.00 is required for a free delivery.

For all routes, cut off times for any order is 12:00 PM daily, unless that delivery slot has already been filled.

Pickup is available at Unit 2 2145 Portage Ave.  Please call 204 272 9555 or click here to contact us to confirm a pickup time.

Once you have scheduled your delivery, be sure to have someone home to receive your groceries at that time.  If no one is home, at the time of drop off, we will return your grocery items to our warehouse. After a missed connection, a fee will be added to reschedule a delivery time. To avoid the repackaging fee arrange a pickup from our warehouse. It is mandatory for someone to be at the residence for reception of your delivery.  For any changes to a scheduled order, please contact us at least 48 hours ahead the delivery (not including Subscription Members), if the order was placed for Same Day delivery, this cannot be cancelled.  Orders are subject to a cancelation fee in the event a change must be made without the required notice.

Opt in for our Reusable Bin Program, (20.00 deposit) and have your groceries dropped off in your yard or porch, when no one is available to receieve them.

Our Return Policy

Your delivery driver will deliver your groceries within the 2 hour time frame which you select on checkout.  Upon delivery he/she will have you sign off on your order.  By signing your order you have agreed that everything is accounted for and to the condition of your expectation.  Any discrepancies must be brought to the delivery drivers attention before you sign off on your order.  Once you bring this to the attention of your delivery driver - he/she will make a note of it, and the office will be in contact to arrange a refund.  If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any My Farmers Market product after signing off on your order call our call centre to speak with your neighbourhoods Manager. Depending on the circumstances we may accommodate an exchange or refund. For a hassle free no questions asked return, please go over the order with your delivery driver before signing.

Any item purchased in our SALE aisle is clearance and will be deemed final sale.
